» BALCONIES
On the day of your balcony rental, please arrive at the apartment between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. as Estafeta and Mercaderes Streets are cleared and blocked for the Running of the Bulls™ by that time. A representative will lead you, along with all other spectators for the day, upstairs to your designated space promptly at 7:00 a.m.

If you arrive after 7:00 a.m., you risk not making it up to the apartment. Balcony spaces are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and be on time. If you miss your scheduled Bull Run, we are unable to offer a replacement as the entire week will be sold out at that time.

Video and still cameras are welcome as well as monopods. Tripods are not allowed due to limited balcony space. Balconies are open for your use from 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. All guests must exit their Pamplona balcony no later than 8:30 a.m.

Please note that we follow strict house rules. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the premises of any event. We do not allow throwing of objects or pouring of liquid from balconies or terraces, nor do we allow excessive drunkenness, aggressive behavior or fighting. Outside food, drinks, bottles and glasses are not allowed at any event. Even though we are paying to be there, we are still considered guests in peoples’ homes. We maintain good relationships with our homeowners by bringing in high-caliber clientele who they can trust in their homes. Please also try to maintain a clean, presentable appearance, avoiding food and drink stains.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in dismissal from our premises. In the case that you must be removed from an event, refunds are not available.

Please be aware that no-shows for Balcony Spots, Afternoon Tapas, Welcome Tapas, Bullfight Tickets, Pelota Tickets, Restaurant Reservations, Tours, Transfers, Txupinazo Opening Ceremonies, Pobre de Mi Closing Ceremonies and all other events are not entitled to refunds. We cannot offer make-goods on later dates because we sell out for the entire fiesta. The hotels’ cancellation policies, where they are different from the standard policy of Running of the Bulls, Inc., are reflected below under “Hotel Cancellation Policy”. Hotel policies are subject to change without notice.

No Asshole Policy

Because our trips involve cross-cultural experiences where clients may not understand the norms of what is considered polite behavior in a foreign country, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are:

- Insensitive or insulting to the local culture

- Abusive toward staff, suppliers, or other clients

- Disruptive to the group dynamic, preventing other clients from enjoying their trip

We reserve the right to stop service, cancel bookings, and void all reservations without warning, at our sole discretion.  In this case, the client is not due any refund, as their own behavior will have caused this.  We consider it an asshole tax.

Cancellations

Please note that we make commitments to people in Pamplona, based on your purchase. Our ability to refund your money depends on the chance of us reselling your reservation to someone else. Our suppliers are very firm about cancellations, so we must be as well. If you purchase from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following terms for Balcony Spots, Afternoon Tapas, Welcome Tapas, Bullfight tickets, Pelota Tickets, Restaurant Reservations, Tours, Transfers, Txupinazo Opening Ceremonies and the Pobre de Mi Closing Ceremonies:

  • BEFORE APRIL 1ST: 25% cancellation penalty of total booking cost
  • APRIL 1ST – MAY 1ST: 50% cancellation penalty of total booking cost
  • MAY 2ND -JUNE 1ST: 75% cancellation penalty of total booking cost
  • AFTER JUNE 2ND: 100% non refundable

If you are concerned about a cancellation, you may consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

» Gran Hotel La Perla
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. This is a very strict policy of the hotel and is out of our control. You may want to consider travel insurance. Thank you for understanding.

Hotel policies are subject to change without notice.
